Hotel Booking

Armada hotel has allocated rooms dedicated for FURUM attendees. However reservation may only be made through e-mail (preferred method) or direct phone call with keyword "Furum Shelter". To complete the reservation, please follow the instructions below:

1. Fill up the hotel reservation PDF form carefully and provide necessary information.
2. Room reservation can be done with credit card or cash. However, without card guarantee, the hotel will only hold the booking till 1800hours on the day of arrival.
3. E-mail the completed reservation form to armada@armada.com.my with the subject of "[Furum Shelter] Room Reservation(Your name here)". Please state and liaise with hotel staff if you are paying by cash in the e-mail.
4. Alternatively, you can contact hotel directly Tel (603) 7954 6888 for the booking. Don't forget to mention the keyword "FURUM Shelter" while making reservation via call.
5. Wait for hotel acknowledgement e-mail on the reservation.
6. Provide hotel acknowledgement e-mail, confirmation number and credit card stated in booking form during check-in.

Reservation Policies

1. One night's room rate with tax and service charge will be levied to the credit card or company of the guest no-show unless booking is cancelled by 1800hours on the day of arrival.
2. Credit card info (no credit card photocopy is required) must be provided for reservation guarantee, otherwise the hotel will only hold the room till 1800hours on the day of arrival.
3. If you fail to check-in before 1800, for booking done without credit card your booking will be forfeited or one night room rate will be charged to your credit card but you can still check-in.
4. Booking on behalf of others is only allowed for booking by credit card.
